The 37th annual rededication was held on Saturday January 14th 2006 at the Lions International Melvin Jones Memorial at Fort Thomas, Arizona USA.  With a luncheon following at the Eastern Arizona College at Thatcher, Arizona USA,  The guest speaker was PDG Jack Ferguson.
